		<description>I would just add a suggestion and that is to read biographies of godly men and women - there is nothing like the power of example and a story of how God works in a life to show our kids that He can work in theirs too. My son just finished Bruchko as part of his required reading. Many good examples of leadership issues in that book.</description>

		<description>Thanks Lee.  I think I will incorporate this into a class for my daughter.  She used the Covey books when she was in middle school and she really like them.</description>
