Help with Homeschool Transcripts!

November 14, 2008

I work with homeschoolers all across the country (and missionaries and military in other countries as well!)  I love to help parents translate a homeschooling experience into words that colleges understand!  Just so you are aware, I’m not a certified teacher, or an accredited school, and, I don’t know laws in every State.  I’m a homeschool mother who knows how to “talk like a college.”  I’ll be glad to help in a parent-to-parent mentoring role.

Here is information about how I can help with transcripts.

When I help with transcript, the transcript belongs to the parent, and they control the content completely.

I have a video that explains “College Preparation” to homeschoolers.

I can help you put all the educational experiences of your child onto one homeschool transcript that belongs to you.  I can put it all one one piece of paper.  I’ll email it to you on a Word document, so that you can edit it as you please – that’s why it’s not accredited, it’s just YOURS for YOUR homeschool.

The cost is $150 for 9th grade, and $100 for each additional year.  First, we choose an appointment time.  Then you pay the down payment of $50 to reserve your appointment, using the Paypal system that allows you to use a credit or debit card.  At your appointment time, I will call you at your home.  We’ll talk about your homeschool, and I’ll ask you a bunch of questions to help you decide on a grade, a credit value, and a course description.  Once I’ve collected all the information, you go back to enjoying your life – and I make the transcript for you!  It’s usually finished within 24 or 48 hours.  When the transcript is finished, I will send you a bill for the balance due.  Once the final Paypal invoice is paid, I will email you the Word document for you to review.  You can print it as is, or make any changes you like, so that it best reflects your homeschool.

I’ll be glad to help you with your homeschool transcript!

At 9:16 AM yesterday morning, until about 9:18 AM, we were in the lead for Best Business Blog in the 2008 Homeschool Blog Awards.  Alas, it was a short-lived celebration as we have fallen back into second (by 12 votes.)  If you are one of Lee’s peeps, I would greatly appreciate if you would take a moment to vote.  My little counter on the sidebar says there are at least 177 of you out there who subscribe to this blog.  If each of you voted, I could relax and bit and stop obsessively checking the counts!  This is why I didn’t go into politics!  It’s just too stressful!!  Thanks, Matt.
